Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Every LOOKSMAXED order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase — for any reason — you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
The guarantee covers every product we sell, including The Stack. If you bought a bundle, the guarantee covers the whole box.
How to start a return
- Email support@looksmaxed.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and tell us which items you're returning.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and simple instructions.
- Ship the items back to us. As soon as we receive them, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
- We process refunds within 3–5 business days of approving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 additional business days for the money to show in your account.
- Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective items).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at support@looksmaxed.com with your order number and a photo — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
EU & UK customers
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this right, so in practice you're always covered for at least 30 days.
